Good Employees = Good Profits

Help for America's Military, Veterans, and their Families: Jobs, business start ups, financial assistance, marriage retreats, and personal counseling.
Employees represent the business for they work. They also represent the leadership and owner(s) of that business. Their behavior and effectiveness even affects your personal reputation. Employees can make or break a company and ruin your ability to achieve success. Good business owners know this.
Recruiting, training, evaluation, engagement, and workplace environment are just as important as marketing and sales. In fact, they provide the foundation for achieving your highest aspirations and goals. -- The United States Military uses these very practices to build effective fighting forces that win on the battlefield.
They have discovered in their recruiting practices that initial appearances and communication ability are not necessarily issues of concern. It is more common for people like this to apply for the military. So, they focus on intense training and continuous drilling at first, that teaches recruits how to look, stand, and speak. They instill pride and teamwork in this process and military-honed traits such as discipline and perseverance.?
Necessarily, every member of the US Military also learns leadership. That way if an officer, sergeant, or team leader goes down, there is always someone to take their place. Everyone is trained to be the backup for everyone else. And in combat we use “I have your six.” It means “I’ve got you covered from all directions.”
The military has motivation and incentives built into to every step in a military career. For those who desire to be leaders, a clear path is delineated. And they are given awards of various types all along the way to recognize their achievements personally and publicly. In addition, the US Military has teamed with various top tier American universities to create a 6-month intensive program specifically to develop the character traits of successful leaders.

Yes, it is wise to interview US veterans for any open position in a company. And you can also learn how to modify the US Military training to be implemented by your business. – That is what I have been doing for several decades. And I also recruit and market for such businesses.
In return for my assistance, I ask for a small donation be made to help US veterans and their families, and for businesses to post their jobs on HirePatriots.com. – We also provide fun employee engagement programs for companies’ staff.
