Can marketers make good decisions based on bad data?

A recent study found that 56% of all web traffic is generated by bots. Meaning brands waste a significant amount of money serving “customers” who simply never existed.

If bots are included in customer journeys, the data is skewed. In a recent study, skewed analytics was a problem for 68% of businesses. Yikes!

To fix this problem, marketing must work with IT to fully define, track, and understand the problem to implement a solution.?
