'Good deals available for Office Space in Yangon'

Overall 2016 was slow with new building stock coming on line and being taken up mainly by companies moving around within Myanmar from converted Villa and Condominium units to more professional presented .

The quality of office space has improved substantially and will continue to do so with new stock coming on line in 2017. We predict the market declining slightly then stabilizing an possibly rising again later in the years.

Now is a good time for Tenants to seek deals compared to the past 3 years where prices were artificially high for poor quality space.
