Good conversations...

They have depth, not a lot of talk about the weather or the big game...they tackle what's really going on in your life, your work, your family, your faith.
They take time. While I'm sure you can have a decent conversation about the Royals in 5 min, not sure you can do the same about a sick family member. They don't have to be 2 hours long but they're not 2 minutes.
They are two way. Good conversations are exactly that - conversations. Not one person unloading on another (although sometimes that's needed), great convos take turns sharing. It's in the sharing that we build each other up.
I love good conversations, don't you?
