Hey and Happy Saturday.
Let’s talk about a hard truth: just posting good content on LinkedIn isn’t enough to make you stand out anymore. If you're copying the style and format others are using, it’s even harder to shine.
Why? Because EVERYONE is doing it.
AI has made content creation easy. And while it might be mediocre content - if it keeps them consistently showing up, and you aren't...
They’re getting the clients—and you aren’t.
So, how can you make your content truly stand out and build credibility in a noisy space where everyone is posting decent content??
You’ve got to go beyond information.?Here are 6 ways I recommend using to help increase your visibility, get the conversation going with your peeps, and stand out on LinkedIn.
1. Share Your Unique Stories and Experiences
If it’s something they can Google or pull from AI, it’s not enough. Your stories and experiences are your secret sauce. Lean into what makes you YOU. Open up, get vulnerable, and share the real stories that shaped your knowledge and skills. The lessons, wins, and even screw-ups are what people remember.
2. Cultivate a Network of Super Fans and Collaborators
Get clear on who your ideal clients are (they're not the same as your target audience). Connect with and engage only this group. Build a solid community of super fans and collaborators—ideal clients, past clients, and peers in complementary niches. This network amplifies your reach and builds credibility. Engage regularly to nurture these relationships.
3. Get Creative with Visuals
Eye-catching graphics and videos are essential for stopping the scroll. LinkedIn prioritizes video content and live events—if you’re not using them, you’re missing out!Invest time in creating visually appealing content that stands out, like my recent post featuring David being chased by a T-Rex . Or my short funny videos .?Don’t shy away from being unexpected!

4. Guide and Demonstrate, Don't Criticize
Show, don’t tell! Nobody likes being told they’re doing it wrong. And my peeps are telling me that they aren't responding to this type of content anymore. Instead, they want to see what you're doing and how you're doing it. So, show them how you and your clients doing things differently—and why it works.?Use stories, case studies, and real-life examples. This way, you’re inspiring your audience rather than making them feel like crap.
5. Highlight Your Unique Superpowers
What sets you apart from your peers? Identify your unique strengths—your superpowers.?Explain why these qualities make you special and how they contribute to achieving exceptional results for your clients
6. Increase Your Collaborations
LinkedIn is a social platform—so get social! Collaborating isn’t just beneficial for relationships; it also pleases the algorithms. More conversations mean a bigger audience and more potential clients.?Collaboration can be as simple as regularly commenting on peers’ content in complementary niches.?
Get those conversations flowing to increase visibility! While you control the content you put out, your results-including sales-depend on others. That’s why collaboration, networking, and engagement are crucial. Build your 'tribe,' and your visibility is almost guaranteed.?
