Good BYE and HELLO

On the one hand it is sad that I have to say Good BYE to such a great Company - big thanks to all amazing colleagues, friends, customers, partners and suppliers I had the chance to work with.

The last 3 years really were an amazing time!

I learned a lot.

I especially want to thank my mentors Prof. Dr.-Ing. Tim Hosenfeldt and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Gutzmer. But also, to my team! We worked hard and partied hard, struggled through old habits, but also laughed and even played golf and “drove” self-driving cars.

We have established Design Thinking in the company and have shown that agile can also work with hardware.

It was my pleasure working with you on new Business Models and designing an award-winning location, – THE Digital Transformation Centre – but sometimes it was just enough to be present to recognize a good idea, to defend it, take care that it can grow and to make sure that it is actually implemented. With one of these you will be able to drive around next year.

My personal learning highlight was that I was nominated to take part in the senior management training and learn how to handle and race prototype vehicles, as well as the permission for the relevant test tracks.

I want to say thank you for all the amazing experiences I was able to make in the last 3 years.

I wish all of you a great time and the company to easily survive Covid19 and even get stronger out of it.  

On the other hand now I am very excited to say HELLO to SNP Group, the address you have to go when you want to do special stuff with SAP systems or even just upgrade to S4/HANA or do a move into the cloud.

Almost every Dax company is customer and SNP is the market in leader when it comes to the transformation of data. Databases can be huge and the challenge to transform data in a short timeframe. Let’s make these challenges easy to handle and make those complex coherences easy to understand with software that really helps you.

I will support SNP to transform into a software company and help customers really driving the Digital Transformation and make the execution happen.

This is a new and fabulous experience in my work life journey.

I’m really looking forward to being part of the Software Ecosystem again.

I have to say it again: Thank you for a great time and you can always call me if you have any challenge regarding Design Thinking, Agile / Scrum, New Work, New Business Models, designing Software Product Organizations and may more. Maybe if you move to S4 ??.
