Good Business: December

As the busy festive season is now well under way, we're thinking about wellbeing at work: how do you find that sweet spot between getting through your to-do list, and looking after your own and your colleagues' wellbeing before offices close?

Wellbeing specialist Bethan Lucy Aspland at The Lord Mayor’s Appeal shares with us 'Three Resources for Improving Workplace Wellbeing' to help you and your business create psychologically safe workplaces (one for all seasons.)

We've also launched our popular Awareness Calendar for 2024 so you can see what's coming up in the new year, and we have two new Lunch and Learn sessions looking at carbon footprints and why nature and biodiversity matters to your business. You can book your free places by clicking the event links below (please do share with anyone who you think would be interested).

The team and I would like to wish you a very peaceful festive season, and as always we look forward to sharing more responsible business news, events and resources in 2024.

Best wishes,

Maggie Berry OBE

Director, Heart of the City
