Good Banking Traditions

Good Banking Traditions has gone similarly as per Good values of our society have been disappeared. Bankers have lost its glories, respect and dignity not due to competition but due to shaking the trust of the community in order to achieve short term goals. Concept of Good Banking  Practices have gone away and even very rare to listen such type of words by the Executives. Patience level to grow on long term and strong footing have been totally eliminated. According to my view, these things are not better for long term and consistent growth of this industry. Needs to be reviewed at Board level.
