Good Architecture Ideology

Below text is for more than 4 years ago, when we have started Good Architecture Pogramme as a new movement in architecture of our era, this is my ideology in my way as an architect , architecture from people , with people and for people which i called this ideology to Good Architecture !

Introduction about Good Architecture Programme

The Question "what and how is a good Architecture?" has always been challenged during centuries. It has been one of the main questions of all architectural and urban communities with their variable intellectual scales and different public opinions all over the world. Besides, the answer has widely affected the society in every historical era depending on their organization systems and general policies. "Today, Iranian society is confronting a disorganized architectural condition", asserted by majority of Iranian experts and scholars. However a significant number of Iranian professional architects and urban planners are seriously trying to have a good impact on their national urban and architectural image, the lack of public awareness about the essence of a 'good architecture' has become a fundamental barrier hindering architects and planners from reaching this purpose. Institute for strategic studies in Iranian Architecture, as an independent research center, aiming its objectives to enhance informing people and doing researches to promote public knowledge and thoughts in the field of architecture, has decided to set a long-term Research-based Cultural programme, known as "The good Architecture". The institute is trying to rebuild the urban culture and create a public awareness about architecture according to 'good architecture' program within the context of Iranian national architecture through research, drawing people's attention to the subject, and the process of culturalisation. The good architecture programme as a widespread project having programmed in several levels accompanied by a variety of activities, and focusing on general public (with the leading role of architects and urbanists), tries to increase public awareness about the meaning, quality, and essence of 'good architecture'. The institute aims to collaborate with both individuals and legal entities so as to make the architectural and urban environment a noticeable issue of people's very day life. Our Institute considers the maximum participation of the architectural communities (institutes, organizations, individuals and legal entities) as the strategy to excel in gaining more targets. Since expanding widely among general public which will end to a prolific synergy within the architectural professional community and its surrounding world, it can work as a general but effective solution to promote public knowledge and construct the right culture in this field.

About our Way

basically our programme that named " good architecture " as research-cultural programme , trying to deal with "Context ","People", "Architecture " and relations of between them . finally we hope to provide conditions for the promotion the Architecture of iran By addressing the best characters of Iran's architecture for People who maybe doesn't know anythings about this issue. of course our focus will be on our research on the first step of this project And not exclusively of Iranian traditional Architecture . this project could have a Global Achievement about our mentioned issues , and it happened with our "global view with local perform" Through partnerships with specified platforms.On a global scale

the results of first step of Good Architecture Programme for exp : Questionnaires , Interviews and etc , will be publish on Magazines,Books, Our official Websites and media and medias of our Official collaborations.
