As I'm writing the title of this article, my head is nodding up and down...YES, after 22 years, I still can slide or sway in my golf swing. My husband likes to refer this to..."I'm dancing with my clubs."
I know immediately what he's talking about. I'm not loading my trail leg during my takeaway so I can rotate on that hip. Instead...my hips just SSLLIIDDEESS over. And then....
I hit a crappy shot. We all know that's no fun!
What's REALLY going on? A couple of things may be happening....
