Thoracic Opener:

Directions:

  1. Get into a 1/2 kneeling position.
  2. Arms shoulder level. You can do this exercise with or without tubing.
  3. Start with arms together, open up arms, rotating upper body.
  4. Feel a nice stretch in your back.
  5. Add a foam roller at knee level. Place foam roller on knee and wall. Pressing knee into foam roller. This provides more stability, working leg muscles as well. (not shown in picture).
