Golf Conditioning and spinal mobility exercises Part 1


Today we will look at an exercise that will help improve mobility of the spine allowing us to get more spinal rotation through the back lift. 

1 Open the book. 

Basic position, lay down on your side tuck the knees up until you have a 90 degree bend in the knees and hips. Place the bottom hand on the top knee, with the top hand rotate it over and back wards as far as possible and in an big as possible arc.
