In marriage sometimes been a bumpy ride, sometimes you may hit the rock of misunderstanding an argument but as you go along, it got better and better. Communication, by far, is the #1 rule that couples cite as the key to a lasting marriage. The truth is a broken marriage has long-lasting tragic consequences, especially if there are children involved. Divorce is not an option; this is the golden rule, the key to marital bliss. Sometimes, you may wake up in the night and think, and began to ask yourself if you have made a hideous mistake?’ The answer is no. No good thing comes easily; there are battles you must fight to get a good result in marriage.

1. Do not take your partner for granted. Mind your manners. “Please,” “thank you” and “you’re welcome,” ‘
2. The couple that plays together stays together. Find a sport or hobby that you both love
3. Never both be angry at the same time.
4. Never yell at each other unless the house is on fire.
