The Golden Rule
-Albert Einstein Quote

The Golden Rule

Everyone knows and understands what the "Golden Rule" is, treat others how you would like to be treated. But I think many people fall short of truly expressing the treatment (myself included at times).

The value of your life shouldn't AND DOESN'T derive from what you do/how much money you make. Just like Albert Einstein said, "I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO." I always try to give people a basic amount of respect no matter what and only they can control how much more respect they earn from me, or how much I start to take away. I encourage you to push yourself to do better by giving people the benefit of the doubt. If you can do something to help someone, at least try, even if you fail the effort is well appreciated.

The quality and success of life isn't based on how much money you made, or all the things you bought. Rather, it is based on how many people are better off because you lived.

"Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible." Dalai Lama
