8. The following are the development stages and date;
June 2017- Clearing and physical allocation of plots
September 2017- Parameter Fencing of the whole estate
February 2018- Road network and Commencement of complex (commercial area)
September 2018- Finishing and decoration of the estate
February 2019- Commissioning of the estate
