Buyers seeing wonderful opportunities in residential real estate as Auctions and Open Inspections at the Southern end of the Gold Coast and the Northern end of the Tweed Coast are attracting great numbers of buyers and "above expectation" sale price results.

The Strong Southern States marketplace is also fueling buyer demand and exceptional sale prices. As a result of this activity, sellers expectations on sale prices have increased dramatically. However, this noticeable increase has not dampened buyer enthusiasm or willingness to sign contracts.

I was recently in a Banora Point real estate office and witnessed how engaging a Melbourne couple were when it came to what is offered for sale in local residential homes along with the excitement of their buying power.

Both the Tweed and the Gold Coasts excite buyers and sellers alike!
