Following the previous two posts, final adjustments resulted in a safe successful, affordable and green high recovery process. No Mercury for a mere 10% over-a-carpet return. An average of 875 grams per ton from Rougher concentrator which can be fed with crude oxidised sewage. Crude feed grades from 4 to 750 gram per ton are upgraded to 1 kg per ton concentrate. Silver, PGM's, Copper and many other metals are also removed.
The SAHRC is negotiating with all parties concerned to regulate and legalise Artisinal mining - the contrary resulted in growing widespread criminal activities, bribery and corruption, compatible with the Moonshine and Bootlegging era in the USA when alcohol was banned.
The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy is making provision for micro-mining through training and licensing. Conditional to licensing of both seller, refiner/buyer of precious metals but policy refinement is needed to make it less cumbersome for the ordinary Artisinal South African. Micro miner can now purchase tangible equipment finance-able by Banks, DTI and various other job creation promotion schemes. The government will earn Tax - the portion the syndicates pocket.
Commercialisation will start early 2020 to Southern African Countries where Artisinal mining is legal, until such time RSA Regulation is finalised.
Beautiful and Quite Easily Done.
