Going where the talents are

You find them in places like the DayOne conference in Basel - Thinking the Future of Digital Health.
IT experts, Digital +1 experts and Digital Change Makers are the people who are the fuel for driving digital transformation. Smart organizations have understood that they need to go where the talents are!
Why?
In most cases these IT enthusiasts are humble, knowledgeable and extremely competent people who can get things done, use their often loads of experience to answer your questions to have a foundation you can base your decisions on. They are not the ultimate sellers of themselves, standing in the spotlight or bragging about their successes. It is also quite difficult to squeeze loads of experience into a CV.
My Way: Go where the talents are
Digital Talents are interested in creating solutions for our society. At the DayOne Conference in Basel about 400 participants went into the hands-on task to help 23 digital health startups answer crucial questions.
Yes, you are right, this is quite a daunting task. Not easy, but just what I like to design into events to make them unforgettable and very impactful!
Talking to Dolors Ambrosio Oria, expert on data privacy of medical devices and expert with years of experience in supply chain management (so I would name here a Digital +1 Expert) was very interesting. Of course, I know her from our PWG Basel Network, but I did not know about her expertise and knowledge.
So I am trying to make up for my ignorance and let you, my readers, know about her right here.
I believe that our IT experts are the new rockstars. The only people I know who can deliver you such talents are Justus Spengler and Klaus Fuchs and from Rockstar Recruiting AG Zurich

6 年I totally agree. But rockstars often perform a show for entertainment. How does this idea work well with IT experts??
