"A picture is worth a thousand words." We agree with this famous adage attributed to Fred R. Barnard. Yes, we still all read, but our attention spans are much shorter. Thanks to smartphones, Tik Tok, and other social media platforms, we're looking at new ways to engage our readers and followers.

Visual storytelling is a tool brands, businesses, and organizations can use to switch their storytelling up and engage their audiences. StoryMaps are a compelling interactive approach that is engaging readers and making visual storytelling more mainstream.
