- No one is perfect, we ALL fail from time to time and that’s FINE. Let’s talk about it and help each other be better and more fulfilled in all aspects of life – whether that’s business or personal
We’d rather give our staff generous compensation packages, and the odd surprise mid-year bonus, than 'winning' Industry Awards or sponsoring Sport Stars & Celebrities
- We have no interest in participating in industry awards that are simply sold to the highest bidder - Its a skewed, unfair and biased system
- If we are recognised for quality on an individual merit basis without any strings attached, then great
- We want to secure new business via word of mouth and service excellence
We have no issue with, and actually encourage our staff to interview elsewhere
- We try to be top end competitive in our compensation plans but sometimes we drop the ball.
- It’s fine, and sometimes healthy to consider new opportunities and assess your market value
- Do share the feedback with us - We’d be happy to see what we can do to make it fair
- The only thing we won’t do is negotiate after any resignation - it sets a bad precedent that people can quit to negotiate more. That’s management debt that comes back to bite….

We don’t enforce non-competes
- If you have a better opportunity elsewhere and we didn’t do a good job of retaining you, that’s our fault.
- Why would we not want you to have a better life? Force you to stay at our company out of fear? Or most simply, prevent you from making a living?
- We don’t and will never rule by fear, oppression or ego
Total transparency and openness is essential
- You will see everything, right down to our cash balance. We have nothing to hide and we'll trust you
- We freely admit that we don’t always know what we’re doing and are sometimes figuring things out. Better than having a strategy, changing it every 3 weeks and spinning the narrative.
