Godrej Properties Acquires Two Housing Plots in Gurugram for Rs 515 Crore

Gurugram, New Delhi – Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has secured two prime housing plots in Gurugram through an e-auction organized by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). The company emerged as the highest bidder, acquiring the plots for a total of Rs 515 crore.

These two plots are strategically located—one spans 3.6 acres on Golf Course Road, and the other covers 1.97 acres in Sector 39, Gurugram. Together, the land offers a development potential of over 1 million square feet. Godrej Properties expects this development to generate a revenue potential of over Rs 3,400 crore.

In FY24, Godrej Properties also purchased two prime land parcels of 5.15 acres and 2.76 acres, both on Golf Course Road, through HSVP auctions. These projects are set for launch in FY25, promising to add significant value to the company’s portfolio.
