God Is Watching

Today's devotional is from A Daily Taste of Proverbs

"For a man's ways are in full view of the Lord, and he examines all his paths" - 5:21.

You know what you do is always in full view of the Lord, but you may not always act like it, assuming He will ignore your behavior or look the other way. However, He knows what you did and why you did it. God may not respond but it's because of grace, not disinterest or ambivalence.

At the same time, He is watching your good decisions and obedient decisions and just because He doesn't respond or reward you right away doesn't mean He;s not paying attention. With that in mind, what good deeds can you do today that will make your Heavenly Spectator enjoy what He sees? Take a look at Matthew 6:3-5 and Hebrews 4:12-13 , which also remind you that God is watching!
