The law of matter in creation of Allah (God)Almighty (part 4)

2. Modes of transport of thermal energy

The observation:

Thermal energy can be transported by conduction (need to have contact between two materials), convection (by flow of fluids), and radiation.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The production of thermal energy follows the same mechanism described in the section about light generation. Three modes of heat transfer are possible which are:

  1. If materials are touching each other then energy weaved ropes generated from one atom will be absorbed by the neighboring atom and so forth. This mode of heat transfer is called conduction.
  2. If a fluid flows on the surface of a material then the atoms of the fluid will pick up the energy weaved ropes generated from the atoms of the material at the surface. This mode of heat transfer is called convection.
  3. The surface of a material radiates energy weaved ropes generated from the atoms at the surface. This mode of heat transfer is called radiation.

The various modes of heat transfer are shown in figure TP2-1.

Figure TP2-1: Modes of heat transfer as explained by the law of everything.

Derivation of the law that governs conduction heat transfer phenomenon from the Noble Qur’an:

The method developed to derive physical laws from the Noble Qur’an will be utilized here. The factors affecting the transfer of thermal energy are as follows:

  1. The weight of the atoms comprising the conducting medium:

As explained earlier the weight of the atom is the main factor governing all of its dynamics including its ability to transport thermal energy. As the weight of the atom increases the number of electrons orbiting the nucleus increases and thus the material can harness a large number of incident energy weaved ropes. Thus the atoms when they return to their creation state and release the absorbed energy, the material will generate a large number of energy weaved ropes and the neighboring atoms will absorb this large flux of energy and then the neighboring atoms and so forth. So it can be concluded that materials composed of heavy atoms will transport thermal energy in a faster time than materials composed of light atoms.

  1. The area perpendicular to the direction of heat flow

An increase in the area perpendicular to the direction of heat flow will expose the surface area of an increased number of atoms and thus the amount of thermal weaved ropes exchanged at the surface increases and thus heat transfer increases.

  1. The length of the medium

As the length of the path the heat is transported through increases the time thermal energy weaved ropes take to travel this path increases and thus the rate of heat transfer decreases.

  1. The temperature difference between two regions in the medium

As stated previously all atoms in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty tend to go back to the state they were created in (i.e. fitra). Thus the larger the temperature of a certain region is the more thermal energy weaved ropes are generated from it in order to go back to the creation state. Likewise the colder a certain region of the material is the more thermal energy weaved ropes it tends to gather to go back to the creation state. Thus it can be concluded that the larger the temperature difference between two regions is the higher the rate of heat transfer would be.

Taking all of the previous parameters into account, the law that governs heat transfer can be deduced and is shown below:

Where:

q   Rate of heat transfer (energy per unit time)

g   Ability of the material to conduct thermal energy (depends on the weight of the

     atoms comprising the medium)

A  Area perpendicular to the heat transfer path

L   Length of medium conducting the heat

(T-T)  Temperature difference between two regions in the conducting medium

Derivation of the law that governs convection heat transfer phenomenon from the Noble Qur’an:

The output (s) from the system = A specific rate for the transfer of energy waved ropes (i.e. heat (q))

The weights that balance the system (i.e. make the output to equal the input) are as follow:

  1. The weight of the atoms of the flowing fluid: As the weight of the atoms comprising the fluid flowing increases it causes an increase in the number of orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons). Thus it increases the ability of the flowing fluid to absorb energy weaved ropes gave off by the atoms of the material the fluid comes in contact with. This results in an increase rate of heat transfer. In current engineering sciences this is represented by convection heat transfer coefficient (h)
  2. The area exposed to the flowing fluid: Increasing the area which is exposed to the flowing fluid causes an increase in the number of atoms radiating energy weaved ropes. This results in an increase in the heat transfer.

Based on the above parameters the law that governs the phenomenon of convection heat transfer can be stated as:

Derivation of the law that governs radiation heat transfer phenomenon from the Noble Qur’an:

The input (s) to the system = Temperature of the surface of the material (T)

The output (s) from the system = A specific rate for the transfer of energy waved ropes (i.e. heat (q))

The weights that balance the system (i.e. make the output to equal the input) are as follow:

  1. The weight of the atoms comprising the surface of the material: As the weight of the atoms increases the number of orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons) increases and thus the flux of radiated energy weaved ropes will increase. This results in an increase in the heat transfer rate.
    1. The area of the surface of the material: As the surface area of the material increases the number of atoms radiating energy weaved ropes increases and thus heat transfer also increase.
    2. The temperature of the surface (T): An increase in the temperature of the surface means that orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons) have a larger number of absorbed vibrating weaved ropes (i.e. energy quanta). This means that the atoms will radiate a higher amount of energy weaved ropes to return to their creation states which will increase the rate of heat transfer.

Based on the above discussion the law that governs the phenomenon of radiation heat transfer can be stated as follows:

    3. Speed of heat transport in matter

    The observation:

Different materials transport thermal energy with different speeds for example steel transports heat much faster than air.

    Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The bond between heavy atoms like iron for example will have a large number of gravity weaved ropes and thus a strong bond is created. This means from the transport of thermal energy point of view that energy weaved ropes radiated from one atom will be quickly harnessed by the neighboring atom and so forth until thermal energy weaved ropes exit the material. Comparing this with air for example which is composed of light atoms like for example nitrogen, in this case thermal energy weaved ropes generated from one atom will take a longer time to be harnessed by neighboring atoms due to the weak bond between the atoms and because more than one mode of heat transfer might be involved in the transport of thermal energy in weak bonded material.

In addition to the above discussion, heavy atoms will have a large number of orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons) and thus the atom can harness large amount of incident energy weaved ropes (i.e. thermal energy) and when it gives off this energy it will generate a large flux of energy weaved ropes and thus thermal energy transport in materials composed of heavy atoms will be fast and large. Materials made of light atoms will harness small amount of incident thermal energy and likewise it will generate small amount of thermal energy and thus thermal energy in this kind of material will be slow and low.

The speed of the transfer of thermal energy is referred to as thermal conductivity (k) which is equal to 16.6 W/m.K for a certain steel alloy at a temperature equal to 400 K and it is 0.0338 W/m.K for air at 400 K. These values indicates that steel can transport thermal energy much faster than air which correlates with the prediction of thermal conductivity for various materials as derived from the Noble Qur’an.

    4. The concept of heat capacity of materials

    The observation

Materials differ in their ability to store thermal energy.

    Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The weight of the atom governs all of the behavior of matter, a heavy atom contains a large number of orbiting weaved ropes (i.e. electrons) which are capable of absorbing incident energy in the form of vibrating weaved ropes. Thus a material composed of heavy atoms can absorb a large number of

incident vibrating energy weaved ropes (i.e. thermal energy) and so the material is labeled to have large heat capacity.

A material made up of light atoms will not be able to absorb a large number of incident energy and thus it can be labeled as having low heat capacity. Thus it is predicted from the understanding of the Noble Qur’an that materials composed of heavy atoms will have large heat capacity compared to materials made up of light atoms. This conclusion from the Noble Qur’an is further reinforced by the fact that gases which are composed of light atoms have very low thermal capacity since they have low number of orbiting weaved ropes and thus a reduced ability to harness incident energy, whereas water for example which is composed of medium weight atoms has large thermal capacity since it has a medium number of orbiting weaved ropes capable of harnessing a large number of incident energy weaved ropes.

Table 3 shows a comparison between the predictions from the Noble Qur’an regarding heat capacity of materials and what is experimentally found.

Table 3: Heat capacity for various materials.

    5. Thermal induced displacements in materials

    The observations:

Heating of certain materials results in mechanical displacement of the material. Increased heating causes the material to become in a somewhat liquid state. Further heating of the material causes it to become in a gaseous state.

    Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Subjecting a material to thermal energy (i.e. to energy weaved ropes) will supply weaved ropes orbiting the nuclei of the atoms comprising the material with energy. This will cause their orbiting speed to increase and consequently it will cause the nuclei to have higher orbiting speeds. This in turn will increase the magnetic field generated from the nuclei which will increase the magnetic repulsive forces between the atoms comprising the material and this will cause mechanical displacement between the atoms comprising the material. This is seen as mechanical displacements in the material.

Supplying more thermal energy to the material (i.e. more heating) will increase the magnetic repulsive force between the atoms until a state is reached where the magnetic force causes repulsion between the atoms is significantly larger than the attractive force between the atoms due to atomic gravitational forces. In this case the material will flow in a liquid state. Increasing the heat supplied to the material still further will cause the magnetic repulsive force between the atoms to be much larger than the attractive force and in this case the material will be in a gaseous state.

Removal of thermal energy from a material (i.e. cooling) will cause the mechanism described above to work in reverse. Such that upon removal of energy weaved ropes from the electrons orbiting the nucleus the orbiting speed of the electrons will be reduced which will cause a reduction in the spinning speed of the nucleus and thus the magnetic repulsion force between the atoms will be reduced. This will cause the spatial distances between the atoms to be reduced and this is seen as reduction in the dimensions of the material.

5.1 The relationship between the weight of the atom and the amount of thermally induced mechanical displacements

It is the conclusion from the Noble Qur’an that light atoms will have a small number of linking gravity weaved ropes between the atoms. Thus when heating of a material made up of light atoms like air for example, the magnetic field produced from the nuclei of air atoms will increase and due to the fact that small number of atomic gravity weaved ropes link these atoms the increase in the spatial distances between air atoms due to atomic magnetic repulsive forces will be large. This means that according to our understanding from the Noble Qur’an light atoms will generate large thermally induced mechanical displacements.

Heavy weight atoms like iron for example on the other hand have a large number of atomic gravity weaved ropes linking the atoms of the material. Thus when thermal energy is supplied to the material, thermally induced displacements due to atomic magnetic repulsive forces will be small.

The following table shows a comparison between the predictions of the magnitude of thermally induced mechanical displacements in various materials as predicted from the Noble Qur’an and what is experimentally found.

Table 4: Comparison between thermal expansion in various materials as predicted from the Noble Qur’an and as is experimentally found.

Derivation of the law that governs thermally induced displacements from the Noble Qur’an:

The procedure for deriving any law which governs a physical phenomenon in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is obtained fully from the Noble Qur’an as follows:

    1. The fact stated in the Noble Qur’an which states that Allah (God) Almighty created everything in a state of balance. Thus the input (s) to a system must equal its output (s) for the system to be in a state of balance. Thus the first step to derive any law is to define the input (s) and output (s) to the system. In this case the input (s) and output (s) to the system are as follow:

    1. The second step in deriving the law that governs this phenomenon is stated in the Noble Qur’an where it is stated that a scale balances the creation of Allah (God) Almighty, so if we put the input (s) to a system on one side of the scale and the output (s) on the other. Then investigate the parameters that increase the output and put them in the numerator and the parameters which decrease the output and place them in the denominator.

The parameter that controls the relationship between the output and input to the system in the case of thermally induced mechanical displacements is the weight of the atoms comprising the material. Such that an increase in the weight of the atoms comprising the material will reduce the amplitude of the induced mechanical displacements. The equation that describes this phenomenon is given as follows:

    6. Behavior of materials upon heating and cooling

    The observation (s):

Materials when they absorb energy weaved ropes, in other words when they absorb energy in all its forms which include thermal, light, acoustic, etc. they expand and with further heating they turn into a liquid state and then gaseous. When cooling (i.e. removal of energy weaved ropes) it is noticed that materials shrink and if they are in a gaseous state they become liquid and then solids.

    Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

It has been previously concluded from the Noble Qur’an that the crystalline structure of materials maintains its structural integrity by the perfect balance between the attractive force of atomic gravity weaved ropes and the repulsive force of nuclei magnetic fields. From this science the behavior of materials upon heating and cooling can be easily predicted.

The following flow chart describes what happens to the crystalline structure of materials upon heating (i.e. exposing the material to incident energy weaved ropes). Energy weaved ropes can be generated from any of the following sources:

    • Fuel combustion
    • Light energy
    • Acoustic waves
    • Mechanical vibrations
    • Electrical and magnetic energy

Thus upon heating of any material the atomic magnetic repulsive forces increase and causes an increase in the distances between the atoms of the material which is seen as an expansion of the material and if the heating is continued the material can turn into a fluidic state where the magnetic repulsive forces are high and then into a gaseous state where the repulsive forces between the atoms are very high.

The following flow chart shows what happens to the material upon removal of energy weaved ropes (i.e. cooling).

Upon removal of energy weaved ropes (i.e. cooling) the magnetic repulsive forces between the atoms decreases and the material deceases in overall dimensions.

    Biomedical Engineering (??????? ?????? ???????)

    1. Biocompatibility (??????? ??????)

    The observation:

The human body seems to accept certain materials and reject others. Accepting a material by the human body means that the body does not react strongly to isolate and dispose the material and the two can coexist for a certain period of time.

The reason why the human body accepts certain materials and rejects others is unknown in current bioengineering sciences.

    Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that He created everything on fitra (i.e. creation states defined by Allah (God) Almighty) and from the following verse it can be concluded that everything in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty strives to preserve its creation state  Surah Al Room 30:30

    1. So set you (O Muhammad SAW) your face towards the religion of pure Islamic Monotheism Hanifa (worship none but Allah Alone). Allah's Fitrah (i.e. Allah's creation state which He has created humans upon). There is no alteration in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty, that is the valued religion, but most of people do not know.

Also Allah (God) Almighty integrated certain mechanisms in His creation that ensures the creation state is preserved. For the human body to be assembled in the shape it is in there is a need for a guide which is something that directs every molecule to be arranged in a certain way to link with another. In the human body this guide is the electromagnetic field. Such that the details of the most abundant molecule in the human body can be derived from the following Qur’anic verses in Surah Al-Dhariyat 51:7  Surah Fatir 35:43  respectively:

    1. By the heavens which have weaved ropes and paths within it.
      1. And you will not find any switching in the way of Allah (God) Almighty and you will not find any deviation in the way of Allah (God) Almighty.

From the above verses it can be conclude that the basic unit of energy in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is weaved ropes and since the way of Allah (God) Almighty in creation is constant, thus the basic structural and most abundant unit of the creation of the human body need to have the same shape as weaved ropes (i.e. matter waved ropes).

This is found exactly in the human body in the fact that the basic structural unit and the most abundant molecule in the human body has the shape of weaved ropes as shown in figure BP1-1. This molecule is called collagen.

Figure BP1-1: Energy weaved ropes and collagen molecule in the human body.

These molecules must be arranged in the human body in a hexagonal packing arrangement since this is the arrangement of water molecules and Allah (God) Almighty states that He created every living thing from water. In addition since Allah (God) Almighty created everything in a perfect state, this hexagonal arrangement ensures that maximum volume is covered with the least amount of material.

The question now arises as to how these collagen molecules know to arrange themselves? The answer can be found in the following Qur’anic verse in Surah Fussilat 41:39

  1. And among Allah (God) Almighty signs that you see the earth barren and when Allah sends down rain it vibrates and grows.

From the above verse it can be concluded that the molecules in the human body to be in a vibrational state is a must for growth. Thus it can be concluded that collagen molecule must be in a vibrational state. The next question is about the source of the vibrational energy energizing collagen molecules?

The answer can be found in the Noble Qur’an in Surah Noah 71:17

  1. And Allah (God) Almighty has grown you from the earth exactly like plants.

Thus the source of the energy that energizes the human body is the earth and more precisely it is the gravitational field of the earth. Since any energy in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is composed of energy weaved ropes, it follows that the vibrations of gravitational energy weaved ropes will cause collagen molecules to vibrate.

Since the shape of collagen molecules is exactly like the shape of the energy that energizes it, it follows that energy exchange between gravity and collagen molecules occurs at 100% efficiency in the sense that all of the energy contained in gravity weaved ropes is delivered to collagen molecules. In present engineering sciences this is termed resonant energy exchange. The mechanical vibrations of collagen molecules will give energy to electrons orbiting the atoms of the collagen molecule, which will cause an electric field in the molecule. This electric field will generate a magnetic field as shown in figure 14-2.

The magnetic fields generated from collagen molecules will align them in a hexagonal arrangement both lengthwise and width wise as shown in figure BP1-2.

Figure BP1-2: Hexagonal organization of collagen molecules in the human body.

So it can be concluded that the mechanism Allah (God) Almighty utilized in the human body to guide the organization of molecules in the human body is the interaction of the magnetic fields generated from the molecules. This represents the creation state of collagen molecules and there tendency to stay in a hexagonal arrangement utilizing their magnetic fields.

In other words it can be said that these molecules see each other and other materials using their magnetic fields. Thus if any material causes a change in the magnitude and/or direction of collagen molecules magnetic fields, this will be seen by the body as an unwanted material  and body mechanisms start to isolate the foreign material.

The question now arises as to what are the materials that can affect the magnetic field generated from collagen molecules? The answer is stated in the following points:

  1. Magnets: Materials that generate a strong magnetic field when placed in a close proximity or inside the human body can cause alterations to the magnetic field generated from collagen molecules.
  2. Ferromagnetic and paramagnetic materials: This type of materials reacts when an external magnetic field is applied by generating a magnetic field opposite in direction to the applied one. This can affect the structure of the magnetic field produced by collagen molecules in the human body. The difference between in ferromagnetic and paramagnetic materials is that the latter generates a weaker magnetic field than ferromagnetic materials.

Figure BP1-3 shows the case when an implant made from iron is placed in human bone. It is known that the main organic constituent of bone is collagen molecules and they are laid down in specific directions along the curvature of gravitational weaved ropes upon their interaction with the human body. Analysis of what occurs when the iron implant is introduced into the human body is given in the following points:

  1. The orientation of the magnetic field generated from collagen molecules is as shown in figure BP1-3.
  2. The iron material generates a magnetic field which is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to the applied field.
  3. Since energy flows like water waves, the quanta of the magnetic field generated from the body which can be thought of as water droplet collide with those generated from the iron material.
  4. Thus the magnetic field generated from collagen molecules can not continue on its path and it is blocked. The region in the body containing only the magnetic field of the iron material is shown in figure BP1-3.
  5. Thus the mechanisms Allah (God) Almighty installed in the human body start to function to isolate the material that is causing a disturbance to the creation state of the human body. The mechanism in this case is the formation of a fibrous layer in the region containing only the magnetic field generated from the iron implant. Thus isolating the implant from the rest of the body.

Figure BP1-3: The reaction of the human body to ferromagnetic material.

Figure BP1-4 shows the reaction of the human body when a diamagnetic material is introduced. Steps to analysis this reaction are listed in the following:

  1. The orientation of the magnetic field generated from collagen molecules is as shown in figure BP1-4.
  2. The Titanium material generates a magnetic field which is significantly smaller in magnitude compared to the field generated from the body and opposite in direction to body field.
  3. Since energy flows like water waves, the quanta of the magnetic field generated from the body which can be thought of as water droplet collide with those generated from the Titanium material.
  4. Thus the magnetic field generated from collagen molecules can continue on its path to a very close distance to the implant and then it is blocked. The region in the body containing only the magnetic field of the Titanium material is shown in figure BP1-4.
  5. Thus the mechanisms Allah (God) Almighty installed in the human body start to function to isolate the material that is causing a disturbance to the creation state of the human body. The mechanism in this case is the formation of a fibrous layer in the region containing only the magnetic field generated from the Titanium implant. Thus isolating the implant from the rest of the body.

It is worth noticing that the thickness of the fibrous layer formed when a diamagnetic material is introduced is substantially smaller that when a ferromagnetic material is introduced. The thickness of this layer is directly proportional to the strength of the magnetic field generated from the implant material. Paramagnetic materials will generate a fibrous layer which has a thickness larger than the one produced with the Diamagnetic material and smaller than the layer formed when a ferromagnetic material is placed in the human body.

Applications from the law of everything as derived from the Noble Qur’an

Structural applications

Application (1): The design of load handling structures from the Noble Qur’an:

This section describes the procedure to design load handling structures from the law of everyting as derived from the Noble Qur’an.

General procedure:

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an in Surah Al-Zumar 39:9

  1. Is the one who is praying to Allah (God) Almighty during the hours of the night by prostrating and standing in prayer and he fears the hereafter and hopes for the mercy of his Lord. Say are those who know equal to those who do not know? It is those of understanding who remember.

In this verse Allah (God) Almighty states the fact that those who have knowledge are not equal in stature to those who do not. Thus the importance of knowing and understanding the physical mechanisms that govern a certain phenomenon comes forth from the Noble Qur’an and so before attempting to design load handling structures it is important to know the physical mechanisms of load (energy) transfer in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty. From the law of everything it can be stated that energy in any form flows in a hexagonal packing arrangement as shown in figure SA1-1.

Figure SA1-1: Energy flow within matter in a hexagonal pattern.

The energy density in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is defined as the number of energy weaved ropes divided by the area perpendicular to the propagation direction of energy weaved ropes. Thus the energy experienced by a material depends on two factors, which are:

  1. The number of energy weaved ropes: This factor depends primarily on the magnitude of the applied force such that a large force will produce a large number of energy weaved ropes.
  2. The area perpendicular to the propagation direction of energy weaved ropes: As the area increases the energy density experienced by a material will be reduced.

Thus the stress on a structural member can be reduced by either decreasing the applied force and thus decreasing the number of energy weaved ropes or increasing the area of the structural element to reach the optimal ratio of 1:1 between the energy source and the area handling this energy.

Application (2) How to reduce friction? as derived from the Noble Qur’an

This section describes methods to reduce friction as deduced from the Noble Qur’an. Friction occurs due to linking of atomic gravity weaved ropes between the atoms of the two sliding materials. Thus the conclusion is that reducing the number of atomic gravity weaved ropes between the two sliding materials will reduce friction.  The following is suggested to reduce friction based on the understanding of this phenomenon from the Noble Qur’an.

Method (1):

The use of a material made up of light weight atoms to be sandwiched between the two original sliding materials. In this case atomic gravity weaved ropes exchanged between the sliding materials and the sandwich material will be lowered and thus there will be lower friction between the sliding surfaces.

Method (2):

The use of an extremely light material between the two sliding materials such as liquid or gas. This would result in extremely low friction due to the reduced number of atomic gravity weaved ropes of the sandwich material which would result in a small pulling force between the original and sandwich materials and thus low friction force.

Fluidic applications

Application (1): Comparing the difference between the behavior of cold and hot water

The observations:

  1. Hot water can wash away scales of a surface faster and stronger than cold water.

Explanation from the Noble Qur’an:

The observation mentioned above can be explained fully from the Noble Qur’an as shown below:

Electrical and magnetic applications

Application (1): Achieving superconductivity at temperatures above room temperature (i.e. above 25 degrees centigrade)

From the understanding of the law of everything as derived from the Noble Qur’an an understanding for the mechanisms to achieve superconductivity at a temperature which is above room temperature (25 Degrees centigrade) is possible. Referring to figure EA1-1 the mechanism is explained as follows:

The electron will feel the attraction due to the gravitational pull of the top and bottom atoms and this will cause a loss in its energy, radiated as energy weaved ropes which will be gained by the upper and lower nuclei, which will in turn increase their spinning speed. At the same time the energy lost by the electron due to the gravitational attraction of the top and bottom atoms will be recovered due to its attraction by the atom directly in front of it. Whereby the nucleus of this atom will lose some of its energy due to this action.

It is evident that the energy lost by the electron due to the attraction of the top and bottom atoms will be gained by the attraction of the electron by the atom directly in its path and thus it does not need an energy source to maintain its flow. It will keep flowing with the initial energy it is provided with. Also the temperature of the material will remain constant since the energy gained by the nuclei will be lost due to its attraction for the electrons in their path.

Thus by the hexagonal arrangement of atoms within a material the energy lost by the electron will be gained and also the energy gained by the nucleus will be lost which would result in a super state where the electron does not need an energy source to keep it flowing and the net resistance for the flow of electrons is zero. It is worth noticing that this super state is independent of the temperature of the material and thus by this design superconductivity can be achieved at temperatures above room temperature.

Figure EA1-1: The mechanism of superconductivity at above room temperatures.

Mathematical applications

Application (1): The main function describing the form of energy and matter

Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur’an that He created every living thing from water. This fact has many dimensions; one of them is that energy and matter in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty have exactly the same structure and function of water as seen in this book. Another dimension for the fact that every living thing is created from water can be seen in the fact that input and output signals to and from all living systems have the shape of water waves. Such that these signals form from the interaction of water waves. The characteristic shape of a water wave is given in figure MA1-1.

Figure MA1-1: Characteristic shape of a water wave.

The basic shape that forms the basis of all the signals of living systems is shown in figure MA1-1. The basic signal of all living systems shown in figure MA1-1 can be described by the following parameters:

  1. Amplitude: It has a peak of 1, which means that water molecules rise and fall below the surface of the water (represented by level 0) by a full amplitude which is taken to be one.
  2. Frequency: Which is the number of time the shape repeats itself in a unit of time. The frequency of the basic signal is one.
  3. Phase shift: Which is whether the signals initiate at the same time instant or not. The initiation of the basic signal is taken to be the reference for other signals.

The above parameters describe fully the basic signal. The shape of the basic signal which is exactly like the shape of a water wave will be called the water function and will be given the symbol (W). Whenever this symbol is used it means that the shape of the function is as shown in figure 66 having an amplitude of one, frequency of one, phase shift of zero (i.e. reference). The mathematical equation describing the basic signal is given as:

It will become apparent Allah (God) willing that all other signals are combinations of this basic signal. The following examples are taken to explain this point.

Example 1: Suppose that a signal has the shape shown in figure MA1-2.

Figure MA1-2: A signal that repeats itself six times in 1 sec.

Example 2: Suppose that a signal has the shape shown in figure MA1-3.

Figure MA1-3: A signal that repeats itself one time in 1 sec and having an amplitude of 6.

Figure MA1-4: A shape of an output signal from a system.

The signal shown in figure MA1-4 is composed of six basic signals arranged along time axis which means that in one unit of time six water functions span that time interval and six basic signals arranges along amplitude axis which means that six water functions are added along the amplitude axis, however, the functions repeats itself one time in the unit of time the other signal repeats itself six time as shown in figure MA1-5. The newly generated wave due to the addition of the two waves described previously is shown in figure MA1-4.

Figure MA1-5: Addition of two waves to generate the wave shown in figure 69.

Figure MA1-6: A shape of an output signal from a system.

The mathematical formula which describes the signal shown in figure MA1-6 is given as:

Any signal in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty can be decomposed into linear combinations of the basic signal (W(1)). As stated in the Noble Qur’an in Surah Al-Infitar 82:8 that the creation of Allah (God) Almighty is made in a process of assembly and signals inputted to and outputted from His creation follow the same rule of being an assembly of basic units.

  1. In whatever form Allah (God) willed He assembled you.

It is worth noticing that the output shape of all the signals in the creation of Allah (God) Almighty can be seen in the interaction of water waves in the seas. Such that in the seas water waves of different frequencies, amplitudes, and time instances they were initiated at interact and result in new waves which can be decomposed to linear combination of the basic signal shown in figure MA1-1.

Biological applications

Application (1): A new testing medium for biological experimentation

Allah (God) Almighty gave the believers in the Noble Qur’an a book, which they will not need any other book. A strong demand exists when dealing with bio-systems which is the need for a testing medium having the following characteristics:

  • Easy to interact with.
  • Ability to get quick results from.
  • The same experiment can be repeated with the same conditions (i.e. repeatability)
  • Ability to the control the conditions of the experiment (i.e. controlled conditions)

In present biological sciences such a medium does not exist at all. What is used now a day consists of animal experimentation which is expensive, time consuming and difficult to control experimental conditions. Tissue culturing is also used which consists of placing cells in a dish and examining the response of these cells. This technique lacks a very important aspect which is that the environment of the dish is far removed from that which exists in bio-systems.

A testing medium which satisfies all the requirements described previously can be found in the Noble Qur’an, in Surah Noah 71: 17

  1. And Allah (God) Almighty has grown you from the earth exactly like plants.

Where Allah (God) Almighty states that He has grown humans form the earth exactly like plants. From the understanding of this Qur’anic verse comes the optimal medium for testing of biological experimentation, since humans are brought forth as plants it is reasonable to concluded that what affects the structure and function of plants will affect in the same way the structure and function of the human body. Table 5 shows a correlation between the systems of plants and those of humans.

Table 5: Perfect match between the function and structure of plant and human systems.

Thus the conclusion is that if a certain input condition such as foreign material, environment, etc. affects the plant, the same response should be seen in the human body since Allah (God) Almighty has grown humans from the earth exactly like plants. For instance, if phosphorus is seen to increase the strength of the wood material in a tree stem then it can be safely concluded that it would in crease the strength of human bone. Also if iron is seen to increase gas exchange in the plant and increase metabolic functions, it can be concluded that it would have the same effect in the human body.

Scientific proof for the above discussion and conclusions:

The following experiment is done to demonstrate the perfect match between the response of plants and that of humans. The experiment is in the field of biocompatibility. A main question when dealing with the human body lays in the acceptance or rejection of the human body to a foreign material. This issue has been previously discussed in this book. From the Noble Qur’an it has been concluded that diamagnetic materials will be accepted by the body since they cause minimum disturbance to the mechanisms active within the human body. Ferromagnetic materials will cause the body to isolate them since they cause large alterations to body mechanisms.

To prove the above conclusions there is a need to study the response of the human body to a diamagnetic and ferromagnetic material. As derived from the Noble Qur’an, plants should exhibit the same response as the human body. To prove this point as well as the previous conclusions regarding biocompatibility the following experiment is done:

  1. A plant is made available (apricot tree)
  2. Screws made of (Titanium, Aluminum, Copper, and Steel). The screws are selected such that one of the materials is ferromagnetic (Steel), another is paramagnetic (Copper) and the remaining two are diamagnetic (Aluminum and Titanium).
  3. The screws are sterilized using heating and wiping with alcohol.
  4. The screws are inserted in a thick branch of the apricot tree and left for a period of two weeks.

It is known from previous experiments that Titanium is accepted well in the human body, which is seen as strong bony growth within the threads of the implant and formation of a very thin fibrous layer around the implant. It is also known that the human body formed a very thick fibrous layer around implants made primarily from steel, which is a sign that the body is trying to isolate the implant. This also indicates that the steel implant is causing large interference with the mechanisms active within the human body.

The response of the tree to the insertion of the implants was checked using a microscope to investigate the growth of wood material on the implants.  The results obtained from placing the implants within the apricot tree are as follow:

  • Results obtained from the Titanium implant (Diamagnetic material)

Figure BA1-1 shows the response of the tree to the implant, as seen in the figure there is a large bony growth within the threads of the Titanium implant. This is exactly as seen in the human body when Titanium implant is inserted in bone; this is shown in figure BA1-2.

  • Results obtained from Aluminum implant (Diamagnetic material)

Aluminum is a diamagnetic material; however, it reacts stronger to an applied magnetic field than Titanium. Thus it is the conclusion from the Noble Qur’an that the growth of bone material around the implant would be less than Titanium. Figure BA1-3 shows the response of the tree to Aluminum implant. As seen from the figure the growth of wood material is less than the case when Titanium but still there is a large growth of wood around the implant which is in a perfect match with the predictions derived from the Noble Qur’an.

  • Results obtained from the Copper implant (paramagnetic material)

It is the prediction from the Noble Qur’an that paramagnetic material would interfere with the magnetic field guiding the growth and organization of weaved ropes molecules (for example collagen and cellulose). Thus the prediction is that no or very little wood material would be laid down adjacent to the implant. The results show exactly the stated prediction as shown in figure BA1-4, where no deposition of wood material is seen around the implant.

  • Results obtained from the steel implant (ferromagnetic material)

It is predicted from the Noble Qur’an that no wood material would be deposited adjacent to the implant. This is seen exactly in the results obtained for the steel implant as shown in figure BA1-5, where no wood growth is seen at all adjacent to the implant.

The importance of the previous experiment:

The previous experiment demonstrates the following aspects:

  1. The response of the structural system of plants (i.e. wood material) is exactly like the response of the structural system of the human body (i.e. bone material). This opens new grounds for testing on plants and carrying the results over to the human body.
  2. Scientific proof supporting the conclusion from the Noble Qur’an with regards to the magnetic fields generated from weaved ropes molecules (for example collagen and cellulose) being the mechanism by which these molecules see each other and by which they are organized and guided in their growth.
