"I am a sinner saved by grace"...is one of the most humble statements in the Church. It's in the Church...it's NOT in the Bible. When we accept Christ as Savior...our status is forever changed.
2 Corinthians 5:17 (new living bible)
This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
Romans 3:24 (new living bible)
Yet God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.
God not only calls you righteous...God has made you righteous. Not because of you...but because of JESUS.
You are either "saved by Grace" or you are a "sinner"...but you cannot be both.
Saved by His Grace...now Be Changed by His Love. jrg
