The passage, ‘Then God said,…“Let them rule”’ (Genesis 1:26 GWT), reminds us that, at creation God invested us with full authority for managing our lives while maintaining a base of sovereign boundaries and a sphere in which He will not allow man to trespass, but Satan continually tries to get us to hand our rule over to him, deceiving us into believing we have no power and he has it all or encouraging us to rule our lives based on our own skewed judgments and distorted views. In other words, for a complete and comprehensive realisation of His design for our lives. we must rule with wisdom and walk according to the precepts of His Word. So let the knowledge that: 1) God reigns over all, but He has given us dominion in our sphere of influence; 2) Sometimes we sit around waiting for Him to act, when in reality, He is the One waiting for us to make our move; and 3) He has empowered us to make the right choices and decisions, and He is waiting to tailor His reactions to our actions; teach you, if indeed you want to reap bountifully, to be forgiven and to walk in His blessings, to start sowing generously, forgiving others and walking in accordance to His Word!FG. www.femigee.com
