In God (Generator Operator and Destroyer )We Trust

My life experience taught me definition of God is Generator, Operator and Destroyer. Let us analyze the lord Vishnu images holding weapons like Conch, Chakra (wheel), Lotus and Mace always.

The image of Vishnu is a figurative representation of the process of manifested universe. Creation-Srishti, Operation-Sthiti and Destruction-Pralaya ?means the evolution [coming out] and involution [going in] of Name and Form [nama-rupa] in SpaceTime [desha-kala].

1. How does Srishti take place? From Sound vibrations. Everything is just vibration. Therefore, Vishnu holds the Conch. Vedic scriptures always says that Srishti happens with primordial sound vibrations. Also called Sphota – Big Bang theory as scientific theroy.

2. Why Chakra? The whole universe is cyclic [involution and evolution, revolution of galaxies etc]. Everything is cyclic. So, He holds the Wheel or chakra.

3. Is this visible universe solid? No! Name and form are nothing but atoms appearing as having concrete forms. Actually, everything is empty. What holds the forms intact? The Strong Force. So Vishnu has mace or gada.

4. From Gross to Subtle, Subtle to Gross: When the universe goes to subtle state, it comes out again of its previous state. So Lotus or Padma.
