Did you apply what we discussed last week? Did you take some time to Play for Relief during your week or your holiday? or... Did you just decide to make it a resolution that you will add more play to your day in the new year?

It's that time of year!

Everybody's declaring resolutions and words and wishful thinking for the new year that's almost here.

Thing is, a lot of these will never get started and those that do generally fade away by mid February.

Plus, all sorts of stress and tension is created by these resolutions and expectations.

》Sometimes you let yourself down becoming discouraged and disappointed.

》Sometimes you may hurt yourself diving into workouts or diets before you're physically prepared.

》Sometimes you get yourself in a bind by over-committing your time and energy resources to this new way of being - doing - living before you lay a framework or foundations.

》Sometimes you just don't get started because you don't have a plan.

That brings us to our title topic - Goals for Relief - which is not only about getting relief results, it's about choosing the WISE Way and using a SMARTER approach instead of setting yourself up for another failed resolution.

?What is a SMART or SMARTER goal approach?

S - Specific

M - Measurable

A - Achievable

R - Relevant

T - Timely

E - Evaluate

R - Reward

Now, you can find tons of tips and techniques, exercises and examples for setting SMART and SMARTER goals all over the internet if you go ogle siri-Us-ly or flip through encyclopedia YouTube... BUT... without accountability you're unlikely to keep going with effective action.

Don't get caught giving up on your vague goal because you didn't have a proper plan of action.
