Goals Matter

Usain Bolt set a goal to run faster than anyone- EVER!
Then there was Tom Rogers, he had no goals, he started running in marathons, and tried some 1500m and 400m races. He was all over the place and achieved nothing.
Bolt is confident and headstrong, whereas Rogers, gave up because he made no real progress, which left him depressed.
With mental health being a big issue today, you can unlock your goals to protect your mind. If you are unsure where to start, try this simple five “W” method - What, Why, Who, When, and Where.
What – Most important - decide what you really want in life. Once you know what that is – this becomes your big goal. You can then focus on that one thing and do everything you can to achieve that goal.
Why do you want this big goal so badly? Be wary, if your “Why” is materialistic, for example, you want lots of money, you will find it rarely gives any end satisfaction.
Who do you need in your life to help you achieve your goal? Talk to anyone success person, and they will acknowledge, they all had guidance. Keep your ego in check and be open to learning and being helped.
When – We all need a time objective, plus the will to keep trying. Continually set time to evaluate and measure your goals, so you can correct when needed. Similarly, just like it has taken many of us years to learn to read and write, don’t expect to be able to achieve your goal overnight.
Where will you be once you have achieved this goal? You need to be clear about your intentions and aspirations.
This is just the start - We know that effective goal setters have better self-confidence and improved success. If you want to create order for your mind and transform your life, please let me know!
