GOALS! – Have you slipped up? Get back on track!

Hello again…we are at week 3 in our goal challenge…how is it going?? Have you slipped up? I am sure we all have in some respect but please don’t give up on yourself.? Any little move in the right direction puts you closer to your goal.? Just like when we go on a diet, that day that we eat badly we want to throw in the towel, but it is only one day in a whole long challenge to eat better!
There is a great article by James Clear called “Get Back on Track:? 7 Strategies to Help You Bounce Back after Slipping Up” that you should, read but I will summarize below.
We are all going to get off track at some point but getting back on track toward the goal that we really care about is what is most important!? Keep saying to yourself that “I can do this” …because you can and if you need someone to say it to you, just let me know, I am happy to help!
