Yesterday, our team met for our annual strategy day to plot and plan our growth as individuals. We presented our plans to the team and worked towards developing the strategic growth of our business across our sustainable pillars.
As a small specialist boutique, we benefit from allowing each team member to have full autonomy over their growth, innovation, and ambitions. We aid and help each other reach these goals.
Our variety of personal experiences and different cognitive mindsets are essential for growth. It brings out our team members' unique superpowers through mutual support and engagement.
We are all mission-driven, and our business is mission-driven. While we occasionally get distracted by the details and the pictures, we know our purpose and place in the drive for impact.
