Another week another milestone. After a niggling calf injury was treated by Raj and supplemented by some lunges and yoga, I was able to get up to 19km on Saturday. To think a couple of years ago I couldn't make it to the end of the street.

A friend and guest blogger (Gareth) introduced me to the concept of Research Friday, a day he focuses on personal development, perhaps work related perhaps not. I really like the concept and will be writing about it shortly. Our personal development is the last thing on a to-do list and the first to get dropped.
