Goals for '23? ??♀? Feel-See-Do Instead
What are your goals for 2023??
It can be an annoying question, can’t it??Having been involved in strategic planning for years, I find myself fatigued with words like “strategy”, “goals”, “vision” and the others.?Not because I don’t believe in them.?I do.?Very much.?More so, it’s about the multiple definitions (for each word) that have evolved... and?further, the idea of setting “goals” can be overwhelming at times.?If you find yourself answering, “I just don’t know!” here’s one way to simplify and start.
What do you want to *Feel, See and Do* in ’23??
Food for thought as you look at the new year and journey though this time when everything in life seems to be blended together.?
