It is important to set goals because that will ensure that your team is supportive and functions super smoothly.

Did you know that it helps to start with an end result and work backwards?

Setting goals:

  • Start with a result in mind and work backwards

  • ·?????? Choose measurable targets
  • ·?????? Set deadlines
  • ·?????? Track progress
  • ·?????? Stay flexible. And finally,
  • ·?????? Discuss everything with your team. Make all roles and goals public.
