You're pumped up, ready to impress and you've scoured the web for every morsel of info on your next Employer. Interviewing can be alien, but some people love them. Here are 8 ways to improve your chances and 26 ways you could strikeout.
Try to reflect on a strategy for getting the role you have always been after. If you know what the Employer is looking for, then why not think about what information they would like to hear back from you.
8 ways to improve your candidacy success at interview stage -:
1) Prospective employers make hiring decisions based on the following factors:

b) Image and Communication skills

2) Work out what to tell the employer, why you want this particular position with their particular company.

4) If keen why not ask for the position ! Always try to be enthusiastic about the position and the company.
5) Prior to interview, write down perhaps 5 specific questions. Typically, interviewers ask if you have any near the end. But also try to respond positively to any of the interviewer’s questions whenever possible, nobody benefits from being negative.
6) Standard for first interviews, do not discuss salary or benefit packages. But do remain open.
7) Sell your attitude during the interview.
8) Call your recruiter, once you have gained composure, immediately after the interview. This will allow the recruiter to make note of any reservations you may have and more importantly take down any areas that you feel need clarified with the Employer which are fresh in your mind.
