It is a case study of a company with $130M Loss to Profit making in just a year's time!


The Top 20 Executives were asked to write down the Top 5 Goals.

Executive 1 :

  1. Earn $10 M (Exchange 1)
  2. Double the sales
  3. Hire 1,000 experts
  4. 1 Lakh Happy Customer
  5. Build a new home (Exchange 2)


Company Goal :

  1. Generate $1 B Profit (Exchange 1)
  2. Make 10 Lakh Happy Client
  3. Expand the team to 20% Size
  4. Launch 2 New Products
  5. Happy Team, Clients (Exchange 2)

3/5 goals were only matching for the company

Now, business owners were asked to exchange goals with executives and make a note of goals that executives want to achieve.


Magic happened - The company started showing positive signs and start building profit in 1 year of time.
