Go with Your Strengths
Johnny Walker
My time being a blue-collar family member and worker has taught me to work with less and expect more. I will always strive for excellence and encourage everyone’s inner greatness.
It's OK to ask for and receive help. It's ok not to be good at everything. It's ok because you can focus on perfecting what you are good at so you can help others. Many times, it may be hard for you to ask for help or even find out what your strengths are. However, once you can determine these things, your life will get increasingly easier. It is essential to build relationships with others so you can use the community for help.
You may be good at one thing, but you should always realize where your weaknesses lie as well. Weaknesses should never be considered failures. They should be considered places where you can improve or seek help to focus on the better things you do. We all need help eventually, and we did not perfect our perfect things the first time. In fact, we may have helped somebody else perfect their perfect thing by helping us go farther. It's not always about the victories; it's about the journey to those victories and building up our strengths as a community.
Well, that's my spiel for today…
