Go where you can grow
Hello Ludovico! Give us a glimpse of what you've studied before your professional journey.
I started studying Economics in Sicily, where I’m from; then I wanted to pursue a path in CRM and Digital Marketing
How have you approached your professional path??
I started an internship as I wanted to test what I was studying into practice, and I ended up becoming a CRM analyst
And then the QSRP chapter came in. How did it go??
My profile and QSRP’s needs at the time perfectly matched; QSRP was already a big and solid company, but with the needs of a startup, as they were about to start implementing a great group digital infrastructure

And what do you think of the company??
Having this “big company” and “startup” mentality at the same time allows both having the means to pursue big results and having enough room for creativity. Being this lean and agile results in no huge times are required to deliver projects, and that you can really see the direct impact of your work on the outcomes. You are truly empowered and entitled to do things
How do Group QSRP and Brands organizations deal with tasks? ?
The group has a sparring partner role with the brands. You develop insight into them, bringing a wider knowledge from an outside point of view. It’s not a vertical relationship, as you don’t control what the brands do; you just help them, having a pivotal role where you can also be a knowledge hub.??
Taking all the decisions and life turns you’ve had brought you to being a manager in QSRP – that can’t be just casual. What is your secret??
All the times I decided to change or to take new directions was when I realized I stopped learning where I was – de facto - being in a comfort zone
