GO HEAVY TRAILER: 200tons chemical tank transported by Vessel Deck with 11 Axle Lines Modular Trailer V8

Brief Introduction:

GO HEAVY TRAILER specialized in manufacturing heavy transportation equipment, the modular trailer we produced can be compatible with Nicolas MDED.

Equipment Required:

• Economical Modular Trailer: 10 Axle Lines (5 Axle Lines* 2 Units)
• Hydraulic Goose Neck
• Vessel Deck: 200 Tons capacity

Project Details:

This chemical tank is 200 tons weight, 23m long, 5.21m wide. At Bayuquan Port , Xin Yao heavy transportation company?carried out all port services including stevedoring, lift plans and crane hire. Xin Yao company was also responsible for discharging the cargo from the hold of the vessel on to its hydraulic modular trailer model V8 (Nicolas Type) vessel deck, which are produced by GO HEAVY TRAILER.

The 200 km move required the removal of street furniture, contraflow manoeuvres and temporary parking restrictions to allow the 50 m long, 5.6 m high loaded combination to pass safely.

At the site, the cargo was delivered for installation via a pre-positioned trackway. Xin Yao company completed jacking and skidding operations to manoeuvre the tank onto the awaiting plinth.
