Go Faster

Many are just addicted to faster execution as oppose to slow growth. Growth is a beautiful thing.

I repeat, GROWTH is a beautiful thing to happen to anybody, any group or any organization.

It's like oxygen. It's sometimes luck, hardwork and mostly it comes from discipline of doing and repeating what works and avoiding what doesn't work.

Remember the quote "if you want to go faster go alone and if you want to go further to together "

business was never a track and field game or even a relay race, so no point to go alone. But one door is open by not being an entrepreneur be an investor and manage your portfolio. If that is not your game you have to build an organization not only business. If have to address at least three processes together

1. Strategy Process
2. People Process
3. Operations Process

One process cuts across all three and must be fixed from the very beginning. If this is wrong everything that follows tend to be wrong.
