“Once upon a time, there was an argument between the wind and the sun about who was stronger than the other. They argued for a long time but neither of them emerged the winner. They spotted a man wearing a coat walking on the road. The challenge was that the one who succeeded in removing the coat from the man’s back was the strongest. The wind tried first, and began to blow hard. But the man clutched his coat tight around him. Later, the sun looked at the man and began to gently shine stronger. The man started huffing and puffing, and sweating profusely. Unable to bear the heat anymore, the man took off his coat. And finally, the sun wins.

The moral of that story, is that gentleness and kind persuasion win where force and bluster fail.”
