As a member of Educating Beyond Borders, you will learn what it really takes to level up, remove inequality in education and eradicate poverty, break the grip of unemployment, underemployment, undesirable jobs, working poor and help boost youth employability and life prospects.

All humans have a deep desire to succeed, aspiration, purpose, vision and dreams. Many People also have difficulty when they look for their dream jobs, without any success. This is often because of a lack of knowledge and skills in the chosen field and a lack of experience has hindered people from getting the break into their career jobs. Most recently, a lack of awareness that they lack the knowledge and skills and this is why they don’t have the work experience needed to achieve their dreams. Only because they lacked the knowledge of how their courses work and what education they need.

Many give up searching. It may seem that it is impossible for people with a particular background to reach a higher level in certain professions. Some people may think – or even say – that some individuals are not good enough for certain types of jobs. Lack of money is often a barrier. We know it is a very difficult time to get the work experience you need to launch your careers and move towards your goals. ?These are unprecedented, troubling, uncertain times. Times like these have never been seen before in education. We have a situation where the education minister concedes the education system lets people down, takes advantage of people even, and students are left straddled with debt, unemployed, unemployable and with little life chances. We have had the unprecedented disruption of our daily lives because of Covid which has left many, many young people fearful for their futures. We have a cost of living crisis and facing a recession. The pressures of life such as worrying about paying bills, torment of being in debt, fear, stress, sickness, depression, confusion does affect the state of our minds. Affects our ability to make headway in fulfilling our purpose and getting our dream jobs.

We are very sorry about that. Our teams are working hard, very hard, to improve education.

There has been massive progress. Most recently, the Overhaul of courses. The government working with businesses to include work experience in courses. As well as a government pledge and commitment to Movement towards a high skill, high wage economy.

If you want to see an education system without the current barriers that further entrench inequality in society. If you dream of an education where you feel supported to have every chance to succeed. A dream away from poverty, a dream away from mediocrity, a dream away from unemployment, a dream away from undesired jobs. You can begin to have dreams of success. Your dreams can be achieved; you can make your dreams a reality. Dreams of self-fulfilment, actualisation and enjoying the fulfilling, meaningful life and career that you want.

You can learn how to help eradicate poverty, disadvantage and the new, rising inequalities in education never seen before. You can take decisive steps away from unemployment or undesirable jobs. You can achieve your goals of gaining career success.

This will involve, however, using your skills, talents, knowledge and experience. Principles can be applied to break away from a life of unemployment or doing jobs that are not really your dream jobs. How do I get a job? How do I move into my desired career? What steps can I take to succeed in employment? If you would like to break the grip of unemployment and undesirable jobs. Take responsibility and rise beyond limitations. A key to succeeding in anything is the ability to take responsibility for yourself and your actions. Your decisions and your life. Don’t push the responsibility to others. When you get to the point where you can say My success is my personal responsibility and not that of the government or anyone else you are now in a great position for big successes. You can then rise beyond blaming others for your lack of achievement. You can then Grow beyond the barriers of discrimination against race, sex and disability. However true or false these barriers may exist. Have your mind made up that you are going higher than all barriers. Defy destiny. Disagree with circumstances: Nobody, no situation will be able to stop you from getting to your desired dreams. It may well be that you are finding it difficult. Ask yourself this question - If you continue in the same way you have been approaching your job search or setting up business, will you be successful at gaining employment?

It is our hope that you will think through the issues we have raised, that Educating Beyond Borders raises as we work to improve education, and in thinking through these issues you will progressively move away from being unemployed or having undesired jobs to doing or feeling hopeless and defeated that the promises of education your teachers and parents give you don't stack up - to more of what you love doing.
