Gnomes on Tour

The gnomes have just returned from a visit to Singapore to watch the night grand prix. What an experience that was. The noise was so loud that Sammy the sheep hid under her seat.

The view over Marina Bay when the fireworks went off at the end of the race was amazing. Overtaking was about as exciting as old farts that drive in Norfolk who should not be on the road.

Shock of the trip was when we went to the long bar at raffles and I treated the Gnomes to a Singapore sling ￡108 for four drinks, asked for the glass and got two, well what did they expect?

Barry the Budda on a trip to Penang met a 33 foot Budda, and has told me to,stop nagging about his weight, can't argue with that.

Well thats the first trip since I retired to look after the gnomes full time.

Next week Huntingdon races, and a trip to Fleetwood, how did I ever have time to work?
