Who needs to involve :
Three is a magic number.
Players, Infrastructure and Contents.
In terms of players, for the last few years and with IT gadgets being sold in Myanmar, it shall suffice to say that players are, all, ready in Myanmar, especially in Yangon.
In terms of infrastructure, with the covid-19 situation in the last two years, fiber broadband access has become much more accessible and ready. However, there are some details that may need to be ironed out such interconnectivities among providers, carriers and data centers. If all are interconnected, this would improve the overall experience, especially latency time. This will take time.
As for contents, it is clear that contents and community are already embracing E-Sports. Government bodies, authorities can improve this by consulting with experts to come up with a vision and goal for the industry as well as to regulate the industry's framework not only for the professionals and teams but also to provide guidelines for the sponsorships and partnerships regulatory.

Understanding the industry's current:
?Unlike other national sports, this is a place crowded with foreign and domestic professionals and organizations with diversified roles such as technical sponsors, financial investors, branding partners, creators, gamers, casual streamers and so on.?And these numbers will only multiply as the industry continues to grow and mature.
However, like every other sport industry, the sustainable success and growth is firmly established on the talent density, career growth and career security of the professionals within the industry.
?Today's challenges :
Frankly speaking, the industry hungers a long-term sustainable support rather than short term financial support. The road to success depends heavily on those who have the knowledge and interest in the sustainable growth of the industry not the financial benefits of the sponsoring business group. Also, the industry's needs of modernized regulatory framework which reflects the today's technology and trend not only slows down the growth but also threatens the talents and professionals within the industry. Let's take a look at Korean's e-sport industry, which has taken over the world's e sport industry by storm in the past few years. Famous Korean national e-sport players are facing and dealing with cyber bullying and have been constantly sabotaging through live-betting by scammers, short-sighted business dealings and sponsors by the betting or gambling business groups.
?In needs of support:
Like in Korea and other EU countries, the industries and professionals are in needs of support in terms of legally and technically. In order for them to focus on daily training and scrims to prepare for the upcoming tournaments, players from internationals are supported by the telecom and ISP, such as relocating the players and teams' account and servers to an environment with better privacy and security. The professional team's sponsorship and business related affairs are dealt by those who have clear understanding of the international tournament's and local industry’s regulations.?In short, Myanmar e-sport industry is desperately in need of financial and business support by those who have interest in long term mutual benefits.
?MIH & ESPORTS :
MIH has been supporting e-sports centers, streamers and tournaments such as X-Gaming, Game Sauce and Predator Tournaments since 2018. And we would like to welcome the streamers, e-sports centers and teams to partner with us.
