working principle

Drying (system) is an important part of the tape machine (coating machine). The effect of drying directly affects the performance of the product. Different products have different drying methods, the most common is hot air drying, microwave drying and infrared drying.
The drying system generally includes an oven, a fan, a heat exchanger and a filter. 1. Types of ovens, the most common are bridge arched drying tunnels, flat-plate and air-floating drying tunnels, etc.
2. The fan is generally a centrifugal fan. If the coating liquid contains Class A and B solvents, an explosion-proof fan must be used.
3. The heat exchanger needs to be determined according to the type of heat source, temperature and heating capacity.
4. Filters, select suitable filters due to different process requirements.
5. Solvent recovery system, which absorbs water vapor, toxic and harmful substances in the solvent to promote drying of the coating layer and reduce the emission of harmful substances.
transmission:
The transmission (system) mainly controls the speed and tension of the coating machine to make the coating machine run smoothly at a certain speed and evenly coat.
Speed control method
1. DC speed regulation, by changing the parameters of the motor or applying voltage, etc., to change the running speed of the motor. Including stepless speed regulation and stepwise speed regulation, upward and downward speed regulation, constant torque speed regulation and constant power speed regulation.
2. AC frequency conversion speed regulation, this method is the most widely used and cost-effective speed regulation method.

Tension (control)
1. Open-loop tension control, which indirectly controls the tension of the sheet circuit by controlling the torque of the motor, magnetic powder clutch, brake, etc.
2. Tension closed-loop control, using feedback devices such as tension sensors or floating rollers, adjust PID to correct motor speed and torque in real time to achieve higher tension accuracy.
Install:
1. The site for site selection and installation of the belt conveyor must be on a relatively flat hardened ground, because the belt conveyor requires a good environment when operating. It cannot be said that the ground is pitted, and the various parts of the operation are not coordinated, which makes the product produced Unqualified! All this needs to be considered.
2. Assemble the machine. Generally, the components of the belt conveyor are separated. Before installation, after the site is selected, place the front and rear middle racks on a level ground to maintain a uniform horizontal line! To maintain stable operation.

1. 2. Install the configured oven on each rack in sequence, and fix it with bolts; keep the oven and rack level and stable.
3. Install the power distribution cabinet next to the front rack or in a place that is convenient for operation, connect each circuit according to the instructions, and finally connect the power supply (be sure to disconnect the power supply when wiring).
4. Install each internal configuration part according to the set position, adjust each media roll, unwind roll, rewind roll, etc. horizontally, the axes are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the direction of tape movement. During the installation process, the smooth surface of the media should not be scratched, and the correct installation of the various components should be maintained.
5. Install the gears, pulleys, and sprocket wheels, and try to rotate them properly to ensure that the rotation is flexible and there is no abnormality and no obstruction; and add corresponding lubricating oil to the chain, reducer, etc.
6. Check whether there are any omissions in the installation, and ensure that the heater, thermal sensor, and transmission media are installed; check whether the circuits are connected correctly, and the wires are not leaking; whether the entire body is offset incorrectly, and the oven is separated.
7. After the installation is correct, start the test machine one by one. If there is any abnormality, stop it for inspection and adjustment; start production after confirmation (please pay attention to personal safety and machine safety during operation).

Many pressure-sensitive adhesives can undergo cross-linking reactions at the same time to cause changes in the viscosity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive. However, the higher the temperature, the greater the impact; when the machine is shut down to change rolls, the film in the oven is likely to shrink and deform due to the long residence time at high temperature; for equipment that is coated and slitted at the same time, its actual drying The temperature can be set at 60-90℃.
