1.? According to Dominica News Online, Dominica and Grenada have been qualified for Canada's CAN+ Visa Programme, for expedited visa processing for its citizens who have had Canadian visas over the past 10 years, or a valid current US visa. The same policy for Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis and St. Lucia were announced earlier.

2.? Nigerian Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola announced a new legal instrument called "The Brown Card" for foreign nationals who wish to reside in and become a citizen of Nigeria. He had yet to reveal more details of investment threshold or other criteria, reported Daily Post Nigeria.

3.? The Legislative Assembly of the Macao Special Administrative Region held a plenary session to discuss and vote on the details of the bill on the Legal Framework for the Admission of Talents. The law will take effect from July 1, 2023. The SAR Government will announce the details of the various talent introduction programs and the opening date of the "Talent Introduction Program Electronic Application Platform."

4.? Malaysia My Second Home Consultants Association (MM2HCA) president Anthony Liew expressed concern over the MM2H programme as it lost it appeal and market share after reform. He urged the government to act fast to maintain Malaysia's attractiveness compared with Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia, which are aggressively promoting their own programmes.

5.? The United Kingdom will launch a new entry fee of £10 in 2024 for visa-free travelers to acquire an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). British and Irish citizens are exempted. The eTA generally takes three days processing yet faster results are possible.
