GlobeCore Transformer Safety System. Oil Reclamation on ENERGIZED Transformer.

As many people asked me about transformer oil treatment on a transformer online after the previous post, I am going to explain You how does this system works and tell about pros and cons.

How many of You had to regenerate transformer oil and just couldn't turn off the transformer?

I know this happens a lot in energy companies, where You can not shut down a working transformer for a long period of time.

Well, good news for You guys, now You don't have to do this. All You need for Your security is this system TSS. (Picture below)

1. The unit is intended for:

• Control of oil level in the transformer during degassing. When the oil level in the transformer decreases, the TSS perceives this as an alarm event and blocks the input and output of the transformer, and also turns off the degassing installation.
• Removing air from the hoses during degassing of oil in the transformer. It is very important to protect the transformer from the ingress of air. TCC is equipped with an automatic air discharge valve, a viewing window and a bypass line. All this ensures the complete removal of air from the hoses before oil degassing and during oil degassing.
• To operate the transformer under voltage! The most important.
• With TSS block, you can pour oil into the transformer and drain it from the transformer.

When You use TSS You don't need to check every hour how oil is processing. If something goes wrong, this systems shuts all process and show it on the control cabinet. (Picture below)

If You don't have our equipment for oil reclamation yet, You can plug it in to Your current machine and Your transformer. TSS can be sold as an independent unit. In this case it goes with control cabinet.
