GlobeCore Oil Regeneration Units

The UVR type unit is designed for regeneration of various types of oil (turbine, industrial, etc.), as well as purifying and lightening of diesel, fuel, gas condensate, heating oil, gasoline and kerosene. With this type of equipment, petroleum products with viscosity below 70 cSt at 50° C can be processed.

GlobeCore UVR units can be adjusted or readjusted to process virtually any type of fuel or used oil. There is no need to switch to a different machine to process a different kind of oil or fuel. The same UVR unit is capable of processing many different kinds of fuels and used oils. UVR units can purify and clarify dark diesel fuel and heavy fuel oil. UVR units remove sulfur, hydrogen sulfide compounds, tar and other contaminants. Oil and fuel products remain clear and stable after the regeneration process. 

 The GlobeCore UVR units operate using a special sorbent material while combining low cost with high performance in restoring oils and fuels to original like new condition. In many cases, the regenerated product is superior to the original product.

Possible areas of use:

Processing of residues of oil products formed as a result of cleaning tanks at oil depots and oil refineries. Purification (lightening) of oils and fuels that have lost their quality after long-term storage. The GlobeCore UVR unit ensures full compliance of all parameters of the processed oil product with relevant norms and standards.

These plants come in three design options:

? general industry frame;

? general industry container;

? fire and explosion proof (rolling doors container).

The UVR plant purifies and lightens dark diesel and heavy fuel oil, removes sulfur and hydrogen sulfide compounds, easily clarifies gas condensate, removing resins and other contaminants. Processed fuels comply with standards and high purity requirements. The unit removes unpleasant odors, e.g. hydrogen sulfide etc. Processed oil products remain stable and do not darken after regeneration, clarification and purification. The UVR units do not utilize the automatic sorbent reactivation system found in the CMM-R units. Bleaching clay is used as a regenerating media in the UVR units.
