Global Youth Leadership Program 2020

The Global Youth Leadership Program is a social impact project under CNEW International, this year, we are honoured to co-organise this program with Institute of Educational Innovation, China Academy of Management Science (https://www.chinaedu.ac.cn/).

The Global Youth Leadership Program is designed for future leaders from age 18 years old to 28 years, this 2-day program builds the necessary skills and insights to help them better lead themselves and their teams. As well as to empower change makers and leaders like you to make an impact in this world and improve the well being of humanity.

GYLP 2020 provides participants with the necessary skills, ways of thinking, and insights to become a better leader in a world of accelerating disruptive change, through crisis, by maintaining a radical focus on what is within their control. Designed for high potential future leaders who are ready to further their leadership skills, the program focuses on experiential learning with group discussions, and empowers participants to coach each other so they can reproduce the exercises in their teams.

This interactive mix of theory and exercises based on positive psychology is designed to enhance participants’ ability to lead themselves and their teams, along 8 modules.
