Ice sport federations seek ‘cross-sport synergies’
The International Skating Union (ISU) and International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) have come together to host the inaugural New Energy for Ice Rinks and Arenas conference.
Following on from the successful?GSSport24 Summer Workshop Series , which engaged over 350 participants from 61 nations, Global?Sustainable Sport (GSS) has announced the first workshop in its recently launched?GSSport24 Winter Workshop Series .?
The Winter Workshop Series will start in mid-October and run until the end of November 2024, and will consist of 7 weekly workshops, all based on Global Sustainable Sport's?7 Sustainable Pillars of Sport .?

UCI looking to inspire all stakeholders with launch of inaugural sustainability awards
The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) has been at the forefront of the global sustainability movement since 2021 with its efforts to establish cycling as one of the world's most sustainable sports.
