Collaboration is key for sustainable sport in frontrunner Denmark
Denmark is set to provide the backdrop for the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship and the 2025 Men’s Handball World Championship, and is placing sustainability at the forefront of hosting major sporting events.
GSS's Winter Workshop will?run through to November 28, 2024, all based on Global Sustainable Sport's?7 Sustainable Pillars of Sport.
Next week's (November 21)?Workshop 6 – Profile?will consist of two sessions. Session 1 of Workshop 6 is titled The Power of the Athlete. It will featureLeanna Carriere, Co-founder of 'Wings of Survival'?and?Timm D?bert, Co-founder of 'Wings of Survival',?with more to be announced.
Session 2 of Workshop 6 will focus on the role of media, with speakers to be confirmed from leading media organisations and production companies.
Registration for the Winter Workshop Series?is now open and is free to attend live and recordings are available to?GSS Network Alliance?members.?
